How we cover Central Florida
First Class runs out of South Orlando, which puts us within 10 to 35 minutes of every community we serve. Instead of one giant service radius, we work in three response zones and dispatch by zone, so a same-day window is realistic everywhere on this page, not just near the shop.
- Home zone (under 15 minutes): Wyndham Lakes, Hunters Creek, Meadow Woods, and the Lake Nona side of SR-417. Often on site within the hour for no-cool calls.
- Orlando zone (15 to 35 minutes): Downtown, Dr. Phillips, Baldwin Park, College Park, and the rest of Orange County. Same-day in nearly every case.
- Osceola zone (20 to 35 minutes): Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration, Buenaventura Lakes, and Poinciana. We stage a truck on the Osceola side through summer.
